My first day as an Product Owner

Lol. I felt lost and couldn’t even process or gather my thoughts nor communicate. I quickly reached out to my Product Lead and told him I needed help and he was more than helpful, even though I still didn’t quite perform as much as I wanted to.

Oh well, a little back story, prior to this, I have just been designing and getting everyone familiar with the tools we are using, so I reached out to our Product Lead that I want to do more product management stuffs with him. He was like cool.

So yesterday, we went through my taste for today which was to get everyone ready for the sprint we are starting tomorrow but I think I did poorly. I guess we will find out tomorrow. But I am sticking my neck out for this one, no going back.
